Rules and Regulations
- All faculty members, staff and students of the college are entitled to become library members
- Every student must have their own library cards. Without library card, no one should enter in the library
- Silence should be strictly maintained within and around the library
- Student/Teachers should register their name before entering to the library room.
- Personal belongings shall be deposited at the bag/property counter. Valuable items (like money bags, ladies purse, mobile phone etc.) should be kept with the users.
- Renewal is allowed for once only depending upon the demand of the book in question.
- Readers shall not write upon, damage, or make any mark upon any book, journal or magazine, or other material belonging to the library.
- Issued book/s for the reading room are not allow outside the library premises
- If the books are not returned then a fine @ Rs.1/- per day will have to be paid
- University Examination Admit Card will be issued to a student only on production of “Library Clearance Certificate
- If any book is lost or torn out or damaged by the student, responsible for as last borrower in the library, will be directed to return the book in original by purchasing a new book. If the book is out of print, then the exact copy of the book as duplicate in nature will have to be submitted by the borrower.
The above-mentioned library rules may be changed or altered from time to time.
